Unfortunately, when I went to try on my dress that I bought in 2019, it was too small. And because this is a sample shop - the dresses are very budget friendly AND you get to take it home THAT DAY! Selection of every style, silhouette and color dress in many sizes to really find the perfect dress for any bride. They also take care to prohibit outside food and beverage to prevent accidents! They have a H U G E Luxe Redux has some ground rules to not touch dresses if you are looking at the racks for the bride/wedding party, but to absolutely touch & feel the ones you try on. The dresses: Each dress that I tried on was CLEAN and immaculate. It truly felt like a Luxury, couture experience. Everything felt extremely clean and inviting. Each of the sample rack dresses were spaced and categorized so well and looked flawlessly organized. They have an adorable set up for 'I said Yes!' photos at the end, comfortable couches and chairs for your Party, complimentary water (and tissues!) And the most dramatic 'reveal' curtains on the LARGE dressing areas.

Danielle did an amazing job making me feel like the most beautiful bride in my own skin and truly felt like a friend. At no point did I EVER feel pressured, or like I was being pitched a sale. She was talkative, so sweet and so relatable. She had me try on one of each silhouette/style of dress to gauge interest, then personally chose other dresses based off my favorites. Thank you, Luxe Redux! Read Moreĭ she instantly greeted us with excitement, references to our phone conversation and fun questions to 'break the ice.' She spent a few minutes asking what I was envisioning, then ran us through how she chooses dresses. Ultimately, I chose the gown I will get married in and I couldn't have asked for a better first-time/only-time gown shopping experience. Her attentivenes made me feel like the day was truly all about me, and on any single day that this could happen, shouldn't it be this one?

We shared a few stories and laughs and I was very comfortable. She pulled gowns that I had referred to in my communication prior to the appointment and narrowed down the styles based on my feedback during. She was extremely knowledgeable and encouraging while not pressuring me at all. Hannah spent the next few hours doing everything possible to make sure that my mom and I had the best time. The space was very clean and spread out so that you have your own area to embrace the experience without worrying about other people.

I instantly noticed that the atmosphere of the boutique is one of glamour and poise making it feel very sophisticated and fun. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted at the door by my smiling stylist, Hannah. They utilized both phone call and text messaging which felt very 'in' and allowed me to easily refer back to the information they shared. Set an exciting tone for the entire encounter. I'm so happy I chose Luxe Redux and said 'yes!' (Yes, Danielle. More gasps and even a few tears.Īnd that's how 'Stephanie' ended up coming home with me. Yes - I was.ĭanielle helped me as I took pictures and facetimed my friends and daughters to get their opinions. It was quite literally an out-loud gasp moment when I looked in the mirror.ĭespite us both knowing I had likely found 'the one,' Danielle suggested I try a couple more, and then go back and try 'her' on again to make sure. It was, in fact, 'the' dress that convinced me to make 'her' mine. I was the only bride-to-be in the salon, and the entire experience felt ultra personalized and special.ĭanielle was mindful of my budget and preferences, and never once used pressure to convince me to buy anything. We laughed and shared stories as I tried on lots of dresses. She either has a remarkable ability to adapt to personalities or we have some sort of karmic connection - because she instantly felt like a good friend. In fact, I went alone to 'just try on some styles.'ĭanielle was AMAZING - excellent communication via phone and text from the moment I booked the appointment- to follow-up - to the day of the appointment itself.
